Whitehill Family Receives Free Furnace

Shannon Heating & Cooling, Inc. and Big Country 99 teamed up again this winter to provide one Ozarks family with a warm home. This year’s winner was Janet Whitehill of Mountain Grove, MO. Mrs. Whitehill won a free York 95% gas furnace and installation from Shannon Heating & Cooling, Inc.
Mrs. Whitehill’s entry was chosen from over 1000 entries placed between Jan. 22 and Feb. 19. Contestants could enter via email nominations or call-ins to Big Country 99.
Technicians from Shannon Heating & Cooling installed the furnace in the Whitehill’s home on Feb. 25. Mrs. Whitehill said, “On Monday February 22 I was very blessed to have been drawn for the new furnace from Shannon Heating & Cooling and Big Country 99. Our old furnace was not working properly so this was a great surprise to win.
"Shannon’s was very fast at contacting us and by Thursday morning the furnace was installed and ready to go. A BIG thank you to everyone that made this happen for our family.”
